Built by a church that does this every week

Your Sunday photos, edited and ready to post by Sunday afternoon.

Volunteers shoot on their phones and upload with a QR code. We cull the blurry and the blinks, edit the keepers, and hand you a finished gallery.

No editing hours. No Monday backlog. Nobody on your staff touching Lightroom.

First 25 churches: $49/mo locked for life. Card holds your spot, first 30 days free.

The problem

Every church has this problem. Nobody sells the fix.

The photos exist. They just never make it out. And that feed is your front door, because most guests check it before they ever visit.

Phones scattered in the dark, each holding unseen photos from Sunday morning

Photos die on phones

Your best moments from Sunday are sitting in six volunteers' camera rolls right now. Nobody will ever see them.

Editing eats Monday

Someone on staff spends hours sorting hundreds of shots and fixing lighting. Every single week. And when that person is sick or moves on, nothing posts at all.

Hiring it out costs $500+/mo

Managed church-media services charge hundreds a month for human labor, and they still need you to send them the photos.

How it works

You already did the hard part.

The same pipeline that runs every Sunday at Church Unlimited, opened up to your church.

Illustration of the workflow: a volunteer scanning a QR code, photos flowing into one place, and a finished gallery coming back

Volunteers upload

Print the QR code and hand it to anyone with a phone. Everyone's shots land in one place, no matter whose phone they came from. No group-chat chasing. Camera cards drag in from a computer too.

We cull and edit

Blurry frames, blinks and near-duplicates get cut. The keepers get exposure, color and straightening, all in one consistent look.

We check it before you see it

Every gallery gets a human pass for the shots that shouldn't go out. Nothing publishes on autopilot. You get finished work, not another thing to review.

Gallery delivered

A link arrives Sunday afternoon with your church's name on it. One tap to download or share, and your whole team can pull from it.

The unfair advantage

Your whole church is a photo team.

A hired photographer gets one angle. Your people are already everywhere the moments happen: the lobby, the kids hallway, the row where somebody raised their hands for the first time. Uploading everything used to mean drowning in mediocre shots. The cull is what makes volume safe. Everyone shoots, and we find the keepers.

No app No accounts No skill required

If they can take a photo, they're on the team.

Real output

Real output, not a mockup.

This pipeline has produced publish-ready galleries every week since 2025. Here is what lands in your hands.

The bigger picture

Photos is the first thing Sunday makes.

Sunday produces more than photos. It produces a message, a room full of moments, and a week of things somebody has to make out of them. We are building the whole cascade, one piece at a time, and founding churches get first access to every piece.

Questions

Questions pastors ask.

What does my church need to get started?

A phone and a printed QR code. No app to install, no gear to buy, no training beyond "scan this and upload." If your volunteers can text a photo, they can use this.

Who owns the photos?

You do. Every original and every edit belongs to your church. We keep only the limited permission we need to store, edit and deliver them back to you. We never sell your photos, never share them with anyone but you, and never use them in our own marketing without your written permission. Download everything anytime, and if you ever leave, your photos leave with you. We delete them on request.

Does it post to our social accounts?

Not yet, and that's deliberate. You get a publish-ready gallery, and posting takes one tap from your phone. Auto-posting for business accounts is on the roadmap.

Our photographer uses a real camera. Does that work?

Yes. Phones upload through the QR code, and camera cards upload from any computer with simple drag and drop. We edit whatever comes in. iPhone snapshots and DSLR files get the same treatment.

What if our wifi is terrible?

Uploads retry automatically. If a photo fails on bad church wifi it tries again on its own, and anything that doesn't make it can be added later from the same link. Volunteers don't have to babysit it.

What about photos of kids?

Kids photos are handled conservatively by default and go to a separate parents-only gallery link rather than anything public. Your church's photo release policy governs. If you'd rather we publish no kids photos at all, we start there.

When am I charged?

Your card holds a founding spot, and your first 30 days are free. We onboard your church and run your first Sundays inside that window, and if onboarding takes longer we'll extend your trial to match. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you never pay. No contract.
