Clips isn't open yet. These are real clips, cut by a pipeline that already works on our own church's sermons. The part where your church hands us a link is still being built.

Sample clips · Real output

Six clips. Three sermons. Nothing touched by hand.

Every clip below was chosen, cut, framed and captioned by the pipeline — the same one your church's sermons would go through. No hand edits, no re-cuts, no cherry-picked best-of. This is the output.

Three sermons, six clips, two per message. Sound on — the captions are burned in and match the audio word for word, including the repetitions. Nothing here was de-stuttered or smoothed.

What you're looking at

The hard part isn't cutting. It's choosing.

Every one of these had to survive a rejection.

The pipeline reads the whole message and proposes candidates, then throws most of them away. A passage gets rejected if the thought isn't complete inside the window — if the setup is there but the payoff lands thirty seconds later, it doesn't ship, no matter how quotable those thirty seconds were.

It also looks at the footage, not just the words. A moment can read perfectly in the transcript and turn out to be forty seconds of a full-screen slide with a voice over it. Frames get sampled and classified before anything is cut, so what you're watching is a person preaching, not a graphic.

That's why the honest number is two to four a week and not ten. A weak week produces fewer clips, and we'd rather send you fewer.

Founding churches

Your sermons could look like this.

Clips isn't open to churches yet. The founding list is: the first 25 churches get $69/mo for as long as they stay subscribed, and $99/mo is the price after that. No card, nothing to cancel.
